Thanks for joining the Pink Tax Rebate! Before we get started we would like to disclose the below terms and conditions of this program (the “Terms and Conditions”).

Billie, Inc. (“Billie,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a female-first shave and body brand that’s putting an end to the razor “pink tax.” No, the “pink tax” is not an actual tax, but instead is used colloquially to refer to the practice by which some women’s products can be priced more than their comparable male counterparts. Our Pink Tax Rebate program is a referral program that offers individuals credit rewards for referring our Site, products, and services to others. The Pink Tax Rebate program is open to anybody who visits our website located at www.mybillie.com (the “Site”) and follows the instructions to become a referrer (a “Referrer”) under the Pink Tax Rebate program, subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (together, the “Agreement”). No purchase is necessary to become a Referrer. Billie reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer (as defined below) if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer uses or attempts to use the Billie Pink Tax Rebate program in an unlawful or fraudulent manner, or breaches any of these Terms and Conditions or the Agreement, or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.

Becoming a Referrer. To become a Referrer, simply visit the Site and click on the Pink Tax Rebate link to provide your email and request your unique referral program link (your “Referral Link”). When your Referral Link is clicked on by your friends, family and other contacts, we will receive information linking such person back to you, so that you may become eligible for your Rewards (as defined below) once such person qualifies as a Referred Customer (as defined below). Rewards are earned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and are not automatically granted when an individual clicks on your Referral Link. You are encouraged to distribute your Referral Link to your friends and family via email, social media, or other means (such as your blog or website).
Referred Customers. When an individual, other than the Referrer herself or himself, clicks on the Referrer’s Referral Link, he or she will be directed to the Site and prompted to join the Pink Tax Rebate program. For you to become eligible to earn reward credits as a Referrer, the individual must join the Pink Tax Rebate program by providing a genuine valid email, and in some cases confirming they have access to the email by clicking on a verification link. Once such individual joins the Pink Tax Rebate program, the individual becomes qualified as a referred customer (a “Referred Customer”) for which you may receive credit rewards under this referral program. You are limited to one Referred Customer per individual who clicks on your Referral Link; in other words, additional/repeat email addresses provided by an individual are not counted as additional Referred Customers. Further, a Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address), and an individual may only become a Referred Customer via one Referral Link. Therefore, if an individual receives Referral Links from multiple Referrers, only one Referrer (the one that ultimately leads the individual to enter his or her email address on the Site) will be given credit for such Referred Customer under this program.
Referral Rewards. For the first five (5) Referred Customers that join the Pink Tax Rebate program through your Referral Link, you shall be eligible to receive $5.00 worth of credits that may be used to purchase products and services on our Site (“Rewards”). For the subsequent five (5) Referred Customers that join the Pink Tax Rebate program through your Referral Link, you shall be eligible to receive an additional $5.00 worth of credits that may be used to purchase products and services on our Site (“Rewards”). For the final ten (10) Referred Customers that join the Pink Tax Rebate program through your Referral Link, you shall be eligible to receive an additional $10.00 worth of credits that may be used to purchase products and services on our Site (“Rewards”). Rewards are granted in $5.00 or $10.00 increments only, and are not granted in fractional credits. The maximum Reward per Referrer is $20.00 in credits. Rewards will be distributed via email after the conclusion of the Pink Tax Rebate campaign. Rewards may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash value.
Eligibility. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, participation eligibility in the Pink Tax Rebate referral program is limited to individuals only residing in the United States and the use of any bots or automated computer programs or processes for obtaining Referred Customers is prohibited. Billie’s Pink Tax Rebate referral program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation or for other commercial purposes, as determined in Billie’s sole discretion. Billie reserves the right to disqualify individuals (including by refusing to honor earned Rewards) if Billie suspects, in its sole and exclusive discretion, that such individuals are using the program in a fraudulent manner, violating these Terms and Conditions or the Agreement, or otherwise engaged in unlawful conduct.
Compliance with Laws; No Spam. You acknowledge and agree that you will comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations with respect to your participation in the Pink Tax Rebate program, including, but not limited to, your use and sharing of your Referral Link. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is prohibited. Any distribution of your Referral Link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from the Pink Tax Rebate referral program. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold Billie harmless from and against any claims, damages, losses, or fines relating to your violation of this paragraph.
Right to Modify or Cancel the Program. Billie reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Pink Tax Rebate referral program at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice to you. Upon cancellation of the program, any unclaimed Rewards will be forfeited by you. Billie further reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time in its sole discretion. Any such modifications shall be updated on the Site. These Terms and Conditions are subject to Billie’s interpretation, and shall be applied by Billie at its sole discretion. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions at any time, including after a modification has been made, you should stop participating in the Pink Tax Rebate referral program.
No Warranties. Billie does not offer any warranties, and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with regard to the Pink Tax Rebate program, your Referral Link, and any Rewards, or other goods or services offered in connection with the Pink Tax Rebate program. All Rewards are provided to Referrers “as is” and without warranty. Billie does not guaranty that the Site, or your Referral Link, will be free of errors or interruptions.
